Terms of Service
Temecula Businesses (temecula-businesses.com) is run by Jason Pieters, a sole proprietor in Riverside County, California ("we", "us"). These Terms apply when you use temecula-businesses.com, submit anything to it or buy a placement. By using the site, you agree to them.
Listings and information
Listings come from public sources, including OpenStreetMap, public records and businesses' own websites, and from business owners. We work to keep them accurate, but details such as hours, prices and services change. Check with the business before you rely on them. Guides and articles are general information, not professional advice.
Claiming and editing a listing
Only claim a listing if you own or are authorized to represent the business. We may ask for proof and may refuse or reverse a claim. You can ask us to correct or remove your business's listing at any time.
Paid placements
We sell Featured listings and Category sponsorships. Current prices are on our Advertise page.
- Labeled. Paid placements are always marked "Featured" or "Sponsor". They never change the facts we show about any other business.
- Not an endorsement. A paid placement means the business paid for visibility. It does not mean we checked, recommend or guarantee that business.
- Billing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly on the same date until you cancel.
- Category sponsorships run month to month. There is one sponsor per category, and the first paid order gets the spot.
- Founding prices are locked for 12 months while the subscription stays active.
- Your content. You confirm that your sponsor text, links and logos are accurate and that you have the right to use them. We may edit for length or reject anything misleading, unlawful or inappropriate. If we reject an order, we refund it in full.
- No guaranteed results. We don't promise any number of visitors, calls, leads or search rankings.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site in bulk, try to break or overload it, submit false information or use our forms to send spam.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 if you haven't paid us anything. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under California law.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these Terms. The date below shows the latest version, and changes don't apply retroactively to a paid term already underway. California law governs these Terms, and disputes go to the courts of Riverside County, California.
